Now this is not only protect our hood from flying debris such as rocks, bugs, or any kinds of chips that may happen, but it's also gonna give our truck a nice stylish look.Our deflector's gonna feature an aerospace grade acrylic construction, and it's gonna be scratch resistant. Now our deflector's gonna feature a smoke-tinted color which is gonna compliment most colors of trucks. Our deflector's gonna follow the lines on our hood perfectly, giving it that nice clean OEM look.Now the way our bug deflector is gonna attach, on our Silverado here, we're gonna have some factory fasteners that we're gonna take out, and we're gonna be replacing them with the ones provided in our kit. With our installation solution already mixed in with our water and in our spray bottle, we can begin our install by spraying the front of our hood. We want to spray from the front edge of the hood with the mixed solution approximately 12 inches up the hood from side to side.
